Convenient location, cozy common areas, excellent breakfast with quality products, friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Avenue Hotel By Brochner. The beautiful courtyard and cozy fireplace area created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly reception staff were helpful, answering all of our questions. We enjoyed a pleasant dining experience in the restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff in the kitchen. The variety of fresh fruits, juices, smoothies, and nuts provided a delicious and healthy breakfast option. The convenient location near the metro and bus stop made exploring the city easy.

We stayed in a hotel that was not centrally located, but it was a good base for exploring the city. The hotel was situated in a busy center of the city, and we could easily reach the best neighborhoods by metro from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh organic food options. We also enjoyed the lounge area with a cozy fireplace.

The pillows in the room were small and not very comfortable.

This hotel is great value for money and located in a very nice residential neighborhood. It's conveniently situated near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are very friendly and attentive, ensuring that our room was cleaned and had fresh towels everyday. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with windows facing Åboulevarden and a tub highly recommended for a relaxing soak. The breakfast at this hotel is top-notch, with delicious organic products and a wide range of healthy options to choose from, including the delicious black bread.

All was just perfect, couldn't ask for more!

We enjoyed spending time on the spacious decked area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere for socializing. The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of Forum metro station, made it easy for us to explore the city. the newly built metro station nearby provided quick access to the central areas of the city. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay, while the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our visit.

One negative aspect was the occasional sewer smell that could be detected in certain areas of the hotel.

The bathroom window in our room was faulty and didn't fully close, making it quite cold in the evenings. It would be great if the management could fix this issue.

The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I loved that my room overlooked a peaceful courtyard, providing a quiet and serene atmosphere. The beds were not very comfortable and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. The price for paying in cash was unexpectedly high, and some of the amenities, such as the shower curtain and lack of air conditioning, could be improved.

The courtyard design of the hotel was a standout feature, and I appreciated the convenience of free parking. the location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and various dining options nearby, including a Chinese restaurant, pizza place, cafe bar. I had a fantastic experience at Avenue Hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
